Georgie Porter Nostalgia: a trip back home

This painting is of Zarion, a friend of mine who has encouraged me to be more creative in all aspects of life. They’ve inspired me to be more myself and see things in new ways, as well as helping me through tough times when the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a paintbrush. I’ve included the name of a poem they gave to me in the title, as I felt it fitted the mood of the painting and how it made me feel when I first read it.
