The main idea explored in my artwork was the essence of mankind’s massive impact and our dominance over nature, employing stylistic elements to create a digital print from a real object while retaining the feel of its size. I used scanned and edited images from photographic transparencies. The concept was born from my personal immersion in a plethora of film, advertising and interactive programs, much of which make up today’s culture.
